Douglas Charles Smith is a former chief executive, engineer and economist. He now writes fiction as Engelbrektsson.

He came late and unwillingly to the understanding that God's mercy included all of us, and has written about how that happened on this site, a story that inspired the fiction book series that he now writes as Engelbrektsson.
